Upon full payment, the Company transfers to the Client all rights, title, and copyright in the final Products. Drafts, templates, and unused concepts remain the property of the Company. Clients agree not to use Products for illegal or infringing purposes and agree to indemnify the Company against any misuse.
Unless created by our in-house team, we do not claim ownership of third-party images. The Company may suggest royalty-free or stock images for your use; however, the Client is responsible for securing appropriate licenses. Unauthorized use of copyrighted images without proper licensing is strictly prohibited.
Products are intended for personal or business publishing purposes only. The Company does not guarantee publishing outcomes, sales, rankings, or specific results. Revision requests must be reasonable and within the scope of the original project.
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and all necessary materials to complete your project. Delays caused by the Client in providing approvals, information, or materials may affect delivery timelines.
The Company delivers original work to the best of its knowledge and does not tolerate plagiarism. Products may not be submitted as academic work for credit. The Company is not responsible for any penalties arising from improper or unethical use of delivered Products.
Services and Products are provided “as is” without express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, opportunities, or reputation. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States (State of LA). Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in the selected state, unless otherwise required by law.
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
